LOG IN DATE!!!!!

Our agency sent our Dossier to China on November 5, 2015 and we got a Log In Date of November 16, 2015. I’m so happy things are finally moving so we can bring this beautiful girl home. Below are the remaining fees that are due. The first FIVE are due before the end of the year! That only gives me 1 ½ months!!! I need to raise $5625 in 6 weeks! More news...

On Friday our agency received our dossier from the Houston consulate. It had been notarized, certified, and authenticated and was ready to go. My agency was holding it until my payment was received. I received the $5000 check from a dear, sweet facebook friend on Tuesday at 4pm, directly went to the FedEx and mailed the check off to my agency. Heartsent received my check on Wednesday and on Thursday evening I got the email....

One year ago today

One year ago today was Orphan Sunday. November is Adoption Awareness Month and Orphan Sunday always falls in November. Last year Brennan (who was only home about one week), Trevor and Arianna (all three were once orphans and now are my children) were baptized. It was a beautiful day and I am grateful for all of my family and friends that came out to help us celebrate that my children were no longer orphans and that these once orphans were now part of my family and God's family. What a special day.

One year ago! Wow they sure have changed :) <3
